I would say a sword, a bow is also very handy, but a sword is, I think, most usefull.
A staff is a good weapon, although you can't kill an orc by kicking him with a staff, you most do first a 'tric' and takes a lot of time. [ June 19, 2002: Message edited by: Veritas ]
