"Aquarium" makes me think of the Window on the West.

How about a bit of Holst's Uranus from The Planets to soundtrack scenes of Saruman doing his diabolical experiments in Orthanc, creating Rings of Power, Breaking the Light, weaving cloaks of many colours, dabbling with the palantir, corrupting the mind of Grima and telling tales to Radagast and so on.....
