That has been more like the norm here in Finland the last years...

It will be interesting to see how this works for us here. It will really be different; either an early vote or then just fast skimming through the last 6-8 hours of the Day and a quick vote. I know many of you guys have been doing that for a long time but it will be nice to see how we can manage it...

Whenever I've played in a game with an unkind deadline, I just voted early and tried not to worry about. The moderator is really the only person who has to be around at the exact deadline, anyway. If you all just vote early together you'll have to wait for me to show up but then you'd be on equal ground.

On that note, I just got home from work and it's nearly 1:30 AM. So I'm guessing that for the Friday night (or nights?) deadline(s) there will be a slight delay.

I am enthused to have Lal and Eomer fall prey... I mean, join up.

Just so I've got this straight. The game starts the 27th....at 1am....with a day phase. Correct? (I read somewhere about it starting with a day phase and was just wondering)

Alternatively, I had a really weird, really short dream last night where I got the PM from Miss Di that I was an ordo. Apparently I cried. Meh.

Edit: Okay, as the 'Downs clock seems to be 22 minutes behind Real Time, I'm going to say the deadline is 1 AM realtime, 12:38 AM Downs time. Is that too confusing? At any rate, I'm working on roles now so you should start watching for PMs.

Oh and Lal, don't lie, those are fond memories you have.
