Turkish delight is a sort of hard jelly, usually fruit flavored and often with nuts. The best kind is the rose flavoured, and that with chocolate around it. Yes, quiet a few have chocolate, but I belive the *traditional* kind does not. (Tho I could be wrong. I'm not exactally an expert; I just really like the flavour. Mmmmm.)
