An elf-human hybrid: Elros
A weapon: don't know
A maia: Eönwë (obviously)... I can't have that? Ok, Estë
Isn't Este a Vala, not a Maia? On the other hand, I believe the original name for Ilmare was Erinti. And Tolkien early on did think of Este as the greatest of the Maiar, rather than a Vala, but changed his mind...

Hmmm...

A hobbit: Isumbard Took
A dwarf: Dain Ironfoot is still the only one I can think of
An elf: Ingwe
A human: Isildur
An elf-human hybrid: Uh... well, didn't somebody say something about the princes of Dol Amroth having Elvish blood? Which would mean Imrahil, again.
A weapon: "Iron of Death" (which I believe is the translation of Gurthang)
A maia: Ilmare

How about adding:

A place in Aman (including Tol Eressea): Ilmarin
