Just thought I'd better say "hello". Have read LOTR countless times (more than 20) and am now trying it in Dutch (and I'm not Dutch, in case you're wondering). I'm also extremely fond of "Leaf By Niggle" and "Smith of Wootton Major", but I have read all of JRRT's books, of course.

I'm a musician, amongst other things.

I can't see what good that brings, Groin. It's still about as long. I think sooner or later, some better nickname will come up, like PotH, or PoH, or even Winnie the PooH.

Hi, name is Mike. I'm a junior at KSU and INSS major, thats just short for social studies education. I watched the movies first, loved em, decided to read the books, loved those too. This is the first forum I've joined .I guess that means I'm a newbie
