What about Orcs:Shagrat, Gorbag, Grishnakh, Ugluk, Snaga etc...

And Melian (elf or maia)? She was there and back

A cool category would be the weapons and armor of the Dwarves vs. those of the Elves. The First Age old feud continued even in the Seventh Age.

And I agree that an orc game would be fun. But as a hobbit game was one of my suggestions and Mnem really wants to do it, I'd be fine with doing that first.

Dwarves is something I'll be looking forward to, but to start things off, I'd choose Orcs.
