Yes: this question has been posted many, many, many, many (many, many, many, many...) times, but...it is becoming a Goldie Oldie!

Do you mean FotR or LotR orTolkien in general?

Well: in FotR, my favorite character is Goldberry...oh: and Bill the Pony

In LotR I like Legolas (he wasn't much in the 1st book, but...I like him in the 2nd and 3rd books) and I like Eowyn.

In The Sil (I'm about 4/5 through it now), so far I like Emeldir, Melian, Luthien, and Huan (gotta love talking hounds! I love Huan so much!)
