One of my all time favorites is admittedly non-Tolkien - so I translated it into Quenya for the sport of it.
Inigo Montoya ea essenya. Elle mance atarinya. Avaleryal qualmen!
My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die. (lit. "Inigo Montoya is my name. You killed my father. Make ready for death!")

I'm not so sure about the swearing thing... Even though it could throw your enemy off guard, it's a little un chilvalric.
But then again, if you're trying to kill or mame someone, chivalry is pretty low on the priority list.
