My objective was to create a female character who is not like all the other female characters I'm writing currently (sort of but not totally succeeded

) and I was slightly inspired by a book called Artemisia (sort of imaginary biography of the painter Artemisia Gentileschi who lived in early 17th century).

I'm developing a first post in my head, it will hopefully explain why Susca was judged a useless slave and put to the hunt...
