There were a lot of standout performers in this year's Arda Cup, so the choices were difficult, but in the end we feel we have selected a very worthy collection of players who really produced for their teams and did everything they could to push their sides towards the ultimate prize.

It is time for the Arda Football Association to hand out several awards to the participants in the Arda Cup.

ARDA CUP TROPHY for TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS- Gondolin

GOLDEN BOOT AWARD for MOST GOALS- Feanor (Tirion), Turin (Mithrim), Maeglin (Gondolin)

SILVER SNEAKER AWARD for MOST ASSISTS- Nerdanel (Tirion)

PHANTOM MEMORIAL AWARD for MOST PHANTASY POINTS- Feanor

GREATEST SINGLE OFFENSIVE PERFORMANCE- Arien of Valimar receives this awards thanks to her single-handed smashing of Thangorodrim. The sun-lady was on fire indeed, racking up two goals and two assists and a record 16 Phantasy points in a single match, and against a quality rival no less. This one won't be forgotten any time soon.

GREATEST SINGLE DEFENSIVE PERFORMANCE- Since they managed to earn five shutouts, it is fitting that the Utumno defense and keeper receive this award. The best of their individual games was judged to be their first round playoff against Gelion, in which they allowed but one shot on Ungoliant.

GREATEST COMEBACK- No surprise that it's Dol Guldur here, as they twice came back from a two-goal hole. It has been decided to award them for the second of these comebacks, as it was against a very good foe with everything on the line (advancement from the group stage). Down to Havens with only 20 minutes left, The Witch King led his squad back with a goal and two assists in 16 minutes to clinch the final qualifying spot. Quite dramatic!

CLUTCH PERFORMER- This was quite difficult to decide, as both Penlod of Vinyamar and Araphor of Norbury clinched a tie in the group stages with only minutes left, and both scored an overtime winner in the playoffs. In the end we'll give it to Penlod as his overtime winner came in the semifinals. Way to come through!
