It took Frodo 22 days to get from Bree to Rivendell - He was wounded on the 6th day of his travel and he resisted for 17 days; that's with 1 day overlaping. That makes 22.
Edit: wrong information, sorry for that: there are 22 days between Frodo leaving Bree and the day when Elrond cured him of the splinter, which was a day after he arrived in Rivendell
