I have to go with Frodo. Sure, he had a bit of trouble at the end. But he'd had the ring for a long time by then and we know that the longer it was in someone's possession the more powerfully they would wish to keep it. Bilbo had it for quite a long time, what with the journey and then the long time it was with him at Hobbiton. But there was never quite the importance of the ring at that time. By the time Frodo has it and is on his own journey, a much more difficult one that was Bilbo's, the ring is central to the survival of Middle Earth. Yep, Frodo's my lad.
