I took an Elvish name, but I, deep down, am a Hobbit inside! Since they are certainly an offshoot of Men, it's not really that far a stretch.

What could be better than the idyllic community of the Shire, with nothing worse to worry about than invitations to Birthday Parties? (Except occasional Adventures!)

The finer things of life!

That's what being a hobbit is all about!

You can keep your dwarvish avarice, your elvish dooms, your mannish folly!
