Maybe, Ang, the simplest solution would be to have it happen early next morning, after Amdír, Coldan and Harrenon have set out, but with the rest of the troupe still at the inn? Luckily, Nerwen's post was ambiguous enough about the daytime to allow for that, if we decide on it.
