My mom read me &quot;The Hobbit&quot;when I was eight,-then I tried it on my own but lost interest when Bilbo was trying to free the dwarves or somewhere in that part-,after mom read me it she told me about the lotr trilogy and I wanted her to read it to me but she said you wouldnt understand so I asked her to tell me about the charecters and stuff,and she did.
two years later I found the trilogy and tried to read them but lost interest in the first book of the third book-I wanted to find Sam and Frodo and see what happened to them-but a year later I read the whole thing and absolutly fell in love with the whole thing.
I've read lotr between 3 and 6 times,amd silma 1 -loved that too-
