There were too many characters to pick just one so I'll list them as others have done:

Hobbits: Bilbo, Sam, Pippin, Merry, Frodo

Elves: Legolas, Finrod, Fingolfin, Thingol

Men: Turin, Tuor, Aragorn, Isildur, Eomer, Bard, THEODRED

Dwarves: Thorin, Balin, Dori, Gimli

Maiar: Gandalf, Melian

Valar: Ulmo, Manwe, Tulkas, Orome, Lorien, Aule

Valier: Varda, Yavanna
