I'm thinking of allowing each person 4 nominations and secondings, maybe then there'll be more candidates. Or stop at 15 nominees so that we can get to the actual game faster. Or both. Thoughts?

I would keep each person at 3 nominations, but increase the number of seconds to 4, since each character has to have 2 seconds...that might reach the goal at little faster...

It's totally up to you who you choose to second, as long as it's not your own nominee. As for convincing people - Pitch, Legate, Tuor, tp, Mnemo, and Brooke still hav nominations. You could try asking them.
