All right then- we're moving along nicely here. There are two new players that are likely to officially declare themselves at some point on the thread, and so as soon as one of them does we'll have our third new-player slot filled.

That means there's only ONE election spot left to fill. Since they have both announced that they are playing, I will vote for...
