Yes, I think that's more balanced, while it keeps the risk in the wolves killing one of them, but also the risk to everyone if one gets lynched. If there were more players, I always approve of the most carnage.

But small villages it can become really unfair.

Pomegranate, go to invisible mode.

Click on your User CP. Then edit options and check "invisible mode" box. Make sure to save the change too.
