TFOTR: The game of the book.
Has anyone played the PC game The Fellowship of the Ring? If so what do people think of it.
You can't play as Legolas, or fight in Balin's tomb, hmmmmm. It was so frustrating.

Well, it's not my kind of game really. It's linear, and sort of a puzzle game in some parts (when you're Frodo) then a fighter in others (as Aragorn). That said I've had a few friends who have liked it.
Well if you look at this review LotR:FotR (PC) Review from Gamespy, they don't make it sound very good (they give it 59%). I'm sorry I haven't given you a real answer, but have a look at the review and decide for youself... I'm a horribly indecisive person, and I'm no good at giving advice.

fotr pc is an easy game to play but if your a serious gamer you'd think its not worth buying, playing even but as a fanatic anything tolkien is worth having. it has some nice cg and since its so easy to play you get to see it right away.
