I am going to make a couple of changes here.

First of all

-- FW Finrod*

and

and

--MF Luthien (Doriath)

++ Dain (Erebor) (dwarven loyalty has to show through at some point...I suppose)

Which brings us to...

I believe this is correct and within the rules.
