 ).Famous historical Orcs/goblins/uruks 1. Azog 2. Lugdush (I don't know how you qualify "famous", but he's amazing. Obviously a reliable chap, even though he's mentioned only twice )

He has not achieved any misdeed, he was very dutiful and trusted Orc (as seen from the references of his superiors), faithfully working on leading the way for delivering Merry and Pippin to Saruman
 But I'd say he qualifies as well.
