When you somehow manage to work LOTR into a discussion about Loki's daddy issues and Mjolnir.... still not quite sure how I pulled that off...

When, while going up on a ski lift, you introduce your friend (who just started LOTR) to the rest of the legendarium and how it works and stuff (and, incidentally, encourage him to take a look at the Downs
