Yes it would...I would at least take out some of the trash first though. Gondor it seems is represented too much, and as such, Ithilien and Dol Amroth are far greater than Anorien.

On principle, I won't heal the Withered Heath...because by it's own name it's beyond healing. But I'll vote again so anyone who feels inclined to keep it around may do so.
