For me it's been partly RL and partly just waiting for someone else to start the day...

I'm also sort of waiting for some cues about Eodwine's state - whether Scyld will feel like he can take his letter directly to him or whether he seems too ill/disengaged, in which case he might first approach Saeryn or Thornden...
