Having finally finished watching the whole season, what makes me the most happy is the fact that the authors devoted an entire half an episode to planting seeds. They will, after all, be needed to renew and heal Middle-Earth. But there is nothing like ending a season on a happy note.
I guess everyone was happy to see that Arondir and Bronwyn finally got to plant their seeds. But so did Galadriel and Sauron! Now I am waiting for the second season because the remaining characters also need to plant their seeds. I am glad that in contrast to many grimdark TV shows, RoP decided to take the route of positivity. Even the land of Uruk-Gardens, formerly Southlands, is a promise of hope with its Middle-Earth-wide production of alfirin. Of course there is the unresolved threat of Isildur-turned-Nazgūl secretly digging new tunnels underneath it all, too greedily and way too deep. But hey, I understand that you need to have a villain.

I thought someone posted this picture on the Downs already, but I can't find it anywhere, so maybe I saw it outside the Downs. Anyways, reposting here to give context:
![]() Now, clearly whoever made this image thought they were being all so snide and clever about the whole Numenorian plot... But just think about it... By the end of the show we're gonna see seven of these ships bring over an entire two kingdoms - men, horses, building bricks for the Argonath, cooking pots, chamber pots, potted plants and trees of various colours, and perhaps even the first ever oliphaunts. They have to set precedent and appear consistent, you know.
