Here's a new, but don't forget the other:

I am a servant, faithfull, faithless,
I have killed many a person in many a place,
yes, many men have I murdered, but never have I been punished,
and yet do I leave an easy trace,
my bite kills faster than any venom,
in sunshine I brightly blaze,
but you may not see me,
when I am clothed in haze,
what am I?
