Thanks. The drawing wasn't much in the way of being unique though. Pallando is an anthropomorphication of the typical 'Constructively Complain Here So We'll Ignore You The Rest of The Month' paper I have to fill out in my Dept. meetings, while being given cake as a gift... Even though we make it.

I really liked the tension factor though. Along with the politico conspiracy and soylent green a la dwarves element, it was a cherry on top.
Elrond and Celebrian just remind me of every seasoned couple I've met or watched, especially when one of them has a 'zanny' idea.

This round was amazing, and probably the best I've seen in awhile.

Also, 'Sooo Bomburific!' is now stuck in my head right alongside Oddwen's 'Loose Weight With Boromir the Disco King!', thanks to Nogrod.

If there is room, I'd definately love to join the next game.

Rune made the discovery that beef is great at removing labels. Also, most of the paint. Just look at this:




It was the first thing that Hookbill had ever seen that wasn't confusing as all get out. He immediately dedicated eigteen weeks worth of The Downer to this poem:

A dangerous cloud containing three outdated madmen was moving slowly towards the mystical gateway between worlds that would lead it to the Barrow Downs! Mysterious figures stand atop the hill, awaiting the arrival of these three colossal collectivists, but will the electric eel that guards the gate get the better of them?

Greenie was hired to illustrate three of the editions. She did the other fifteen for free. Most of the illustrations greatly resembled this:




Gil-Galad was upset at the cliffhanger ending, and wrote a nasty letter to Argentina:

The Three hunters gazed in awe at the mystical Eel, whereas the Evil Umbrella servants could only sulk in the corner.

Blind Guardian went about her morning routine. She stole a neat looking package from Gil's mailbox, which contained a lot of glitter and this picture:

Sally couldn't stand it anymore and screamed:

In PJ's new Hobbit film, budget cuts lead to such money-saving measures as clipping Smaug's wings, borrowing props from the Resident Evil franchise, and inviting Fischer-Price to sponsor the film by providing weapons. The cast, much like the fans, are displeased with these changes.

Lommy exploded in suprise! The powder burns on the wall looked like this:




TGEW was convinced of foul play. In her report to the police, this quote was taken out of context, and later became the basis for yet another creation myth:

Bard makes that crucial aim at a water-bound Smaug.

MCR sneakily sabotaged TGEW's report, adding a few embellishments of her own:




It was food for thought. Aganzir bit it. After they wrestled it out of her mouth, her teethmarks spelled out:

Bard the Bowman needs no clothes.

Rikae did what she could with what was left, but had to piece together some missing areas with some nearby Dark Matter:

G55 was afraid of the dark! She left all the lights in the house on, running from room to room screaming:

Bard the Bowman realises the full horror of his situation as he comprehends that Shasta and Kath, forming the Dark Wight Alliance, stole all his clothes, leaving him only his quiver.

Next door, Nogrod couldn't sleep with all the racket. He started throwing anything he could get his hands on at G55's brightly lit house. The splatter on the wall looked like:




Eonwe was enthralled. It soon became apparent that he was insane. As he was carted off, he proclaimed:

It soon became apparent to Faramir that tales of the Mewlips were greatly exaggerated.

Legate suddenly felt the need to catch them all. Catching only some was just not an option. He drew this idea for a better poketrap:




Rune fell into one of the prototype traps. He escaped easily, despite losing both his legs. He wanted to get this tattooed on himself to commemorate the event:

The absurd and nightmarish encounter left Faramir bewildered and slightly irate.

Hookbill fooled everyone. He wasn't a tattoo artist after all! He took Rune's money and purchased this:

Two reminders:

Please keep an eye on your PMs (e-mail notifications are a good idea). I'm going to give people a bit more time than the last round since it's summer an I assume people may be busy, but if you don't write your sentence in 3 days or draw your picture in 5 days, I'm going to shuffle your turn. I also may harass you on Facebook or something, but I'd rather not use my energy on that. Also, keeping an eye on the list every now and then and letting me know in advance if you suspect you'll be too busy when it's your turn is appreciated.

and: remember to keep your sentences short and sweet and don't add too much explanatory text to your pictures. The more interpretation is involved, the funnier the game is!

Thanks to Rune the museum curator, the tag next to the painting doesn't tell the name of the artist and the piece, but rather this cryptic riddle:

In the end, it was incompatible definitions of “a working holiday” that destroyed the otherwise beautiful friendship between The Mouth of Sauron and The Nazgûls.

Well, fortunately we have clever symbologists like Aganzir who can trace the riddle back to this ritual painting by the Illuminati:



Just kidding. The Illuminati is never involved. The riddle was simply a misquotation of the famous thought by Oddwen:

The Mouth of Sauron knew that Sauron suffered from Vala envy, but when care of a tree was given to the Nazgul and took precedence over their usual vile duties, he knew something had to be done.

Okay, that was a lie, sorry about that. The Illuminati don't like their secrets revealed. Please have this lovely get well card by Firefoot as a compensation for my lies, and for the tears of pain this round of paper telephone may have caused:
