Yep sally, Turin's already played. Also Eonwe, Aman and Turgon's results have already been posted. So, from what I understand you'll both have to pick someone else (groups B, E, D, F, G, H aren't up yet) or keep someone you just tried to trade.
I have Group B ready to go, but will hold off on posting the results, to give you two the chance to straighten out your trades. At least for a bit.

Steve never actually owned Turgon since his first trade was invalid, so his sending Turgon away is fine, as it is technically a trade of Aegnor for Angrod.

Sorry Sally. What I meant was, you can't do any sort of trading involving Bombadil until after the third round. If Bombadil was the one on your team in the first place, he's still on your team. Seeing as Breeland has been eliminated, I doubt you'll be keeping Bombadil on your team, but you'll have to wait to boot him just a bit.
And just to make it clear for everyone, no one can make any trades whatsoever at present. Nothing. Not until the third round is declared over by a mod.

I hadn't outlawed trades before that point Gwath, so your trade is accepted. I was just making sure there weren't any more, since allowing trades after play in a round is more of a courtesy than a plan (it is done primarily for the benefit of those who have not had time to make any trades- in this case I specifically had Eonwe in mind when I made my comment about allowing trades). Once the playoffs begin the rule will be more hard and fast (more than likely the only people I'll allow to make trades during play will be those people who made no trades at all that round, and even then I may not allow the full amount of trades). You see, there are possible strategic advantages such as looking at how you are faring and deciding whether or not to take a risk, or looking at who has won another group/match and thus knowing who the unplayed group/match will draw in the next round of the playoffs etc.

Also I woud say that tp should make the final call for the deadline 24 hours rather than 12 hours before it (I think a few players were in problems because they hadn't realised the DL as 12 hours is quite a short notice). But the players should also check up the deadlines a bit more often just to avoid this kind of confusions. 24 hours should be enough for everyone as there sure is some general idea about when the next round will start (the results must come in, people must make their changes etc.).
Joining the contest of whining about bad choices... I traded the Witch King off... he made nice 10 points.

You may feature SEVEN stars on your roster. The playoff match-ups are set, and you can gain extra points by predicting who the winners will be. Each game is worth one point, so an extra eight points are out there for the taking. Should you feature an illegal formation, 1/11th of your points rounded up will be removed. In the first occurrence this tournament I was merciful, as I ignored the doubled point total for captaincy and thus only removed half of the gained points, and removing but one point for the formation, causing the penalty to be 8 points rather than 18.)
