I realised I'd left someone very important out, so here is my new list:
Top 5 Most Annoying Characters
(No Particular order)

Aragorn ("Oh, did I happen to mention I'm the future king?" "I'm king, did you know that?" "I'm royalty, so I'm going to proclaim it to the world")
Fëanor (I'm just going to go all egoïstical because I have a paranoia over my own work, and lead lots of people away from Gods")
Film "the Ring must go to Gondor" Faramir (He is too wrong!)
Book Faramir (too righteous and too lucky)
Denethor (I just love optimists such as him, don't you?)
