....you want to form your children's young impressionable minds to everything LOTR. For instance, mine were scared of lightning/thunder. I told them not to be afraid, it was the stone-giants (from 'The Hobbit') hurling thier rocks down the mountains. My eldest was miffed when she learned about the real weather, so I told her that it was a myth. A tale to explain something scary.
....you keep having children so you can have a big hobbit family. I'm up to 4!!
....you are happy that your husbands method of hunting is with a bow, and he isn't into LOTR.
