Unfortunately Ulmo was so bamfoozled at seeing an elf, a dwarf,
and a hobbit traveling together that he blew the raft the wrong
way and it ended up beached on the shore of Aman, where an
uncle of Frodo's seemed inordinately happy to see them. (Causing
Legolas to whisper an aside to Gimli, "Why is he so happy to
see us that he's calling us, 'His Precious' ")?
