Unfortunately the pink cucumber had been left out of the refrigerator for far too long and was beginning to rot poisonous...rottage?...all around the ring.

Fortunately, the Pink Cucumber's poison was easily counteracted by a sip of miruvor and a pat on the back, restoring Sam to perfect health (but also leaving him a little tipsy...).
