It seems to me that Aerandir would fit the bill. His name translates into "Sea wanderer" which is what large storms are apt to do out in their respective large bodies of water.
And if we were to strictly look at the meanings of names Balrog "Demon of Might" makes an excellent name. Of course its hard to credit a storm of water and wind with a name fit for a demon of shadow and flame. On the other side of the spectrum: Caranthir would also make a fitting storm name when we consider his quick anger and harsh temperment being that of a brutal storm. * (Heres hoping all those barrow-Floridians come out unscathed!)
