I liked the cork floor! But wouldn't that expand or something when the water came though the ceiling? Or, we could just ignore this and count them as separate jokes.

Probably best to keep the jokes separate, since the corkboard floor was random spur of the moment insertion, with disregard for all things resembling logic...
