Well, my first thought was "soon after Nogrod came to the 'downs, JennyHallu emerged", since she really joined just after him...

Anyway, I have a feeling I know what you're talking about, but I can't just come up with the name... back to research, that is.

Valier

She joined only a couple days after Fairychick and she is from Canada just like Mac so I can see the tie in that way too.

And 'Goddess' is more or less the translation of 'Valier'.

PS: You're making me curious, morm. What makes you think I'm Canadian (for I am none)?
