The joke with him is that he has a bizarre vendetta against The Phantom which is NEVER EXPLAINED and probably never will be. I suspect Phantom ate his sandwich once... But do look out for new characters. Very few of them are insignificant to the plot. Even old Gross the Boss may have his day.
