I was wondering why Formy had a nice red mark on the back of his head, then it dawned on me that Alien's instrument whacked him on the back of the head!

We had a bit of a discussion about what instrument Alien is 'playing'. We call it a Mandanjo.

I'm glad I spotted that too! A Mandanjo? Interesting name. Sounds like some sort of fruit.

Surprisingly, I can understand, for the most part, the second story. That probably has something to do with the fact that I have a friend who writes in internet slang, no matter what she's writing.

Not really. It makes me happy to see people guessing about what's happening; right or wrong, it's encouraging. But, this is the Barrow Downs and its full of big brains, so it's hard to keep everyone in the dark.
