I suppose that would be Floyd the Pink, the sixth Istar; according to a very late and almost illegible slip of paper he missed the boat to Middle-earth and thus was never mentioned in the Legendarium.

Does that mean that I don't know what it is either? Since I'm younger than he is. Besides, LSD is so much cooler than extra ingredients in sweets.
