Accommodation will be available on campus, in the Loughborough University residences according to the link. Food too. And access to the university sports facilities, which are said to be quite good. This is, I think, rather opposite to the Oxford experience. It might even be Jock Central.

Of course, those who might prefer a less formal environment can find, I'm sure, yet olde B&Bs in town.
