Random: one of the "blank spots" I had there was "Dwarven city in Finland". Okay, I haven't really stopped to think about that; when I could not think of the answer immediately, I just brushed it aside with "I'll return to it when I actually start solving the problematic ones". Of course now it suddenly totally randomly dawned upon me what is the answer. I think somebody should beat me with a shovel or something. How stupid can one be? *facepalm*

OMG! I couldn't get that one either (I even skimmed through the Finlandmoot posts in hopes of finding something fitting), and just when I read your post something went click!

Ekh, all riddles are easy once answered.

I'm sure you got 16 Down, though.
