... or rather, we have two. It was a tight race, and in the end, the first two correct solutions arrived within 2 minutes of each other. I have therefore, after consulting with the two candidates and with their agreement, made the salomonic decision to split the cement pizza in half between...

I don't think they're too obscure, #3 maybe the most so but you won't really need it. You can get #16 pretty easily just reading this thread after Pitch posted the puzzle.
